SHELBY — St. Mary Help of Christians Church sponsored a North Carolina Right to Life booth at the Cleveland County Fair Sept. 27-Oct. 7, manned by parishioners including Zuzana Rybnicek (pictured).
The mission of the exhibit was to promote life from conception to natural death.
The booth featured fetal models at various stages of development, along with posters, stickers, magnets and other educational materials about abortion, infanticide and euthanasia.
Visitors also had an opportunity to sign a pro-life petition and to give donations to the program.
