Father CookCLEMMONS — A Memorial Mass for Father Brian Cook was held at Holy Family Church on Nov. 18 — the one-year anniversary of his passing.
Father Cook served as parochial yicar at Holy Family in Clemmons and then as pastor of St. Leo the Great in Winston-Salem from 2007 to 2020. Read his obituary.
Father Marcel Amadi celebrated the Mass, attended by 140 people.
Other clergy in attendance were Father Michael Buttner, Father Peter Maza, Deacon Mark Mejias, Deacon Ralph D’Agostino and Deacon John Harrison.
