DANBURY — It was a glorious, prayerful and faith-filled day at Hanging Rock State Park as Father Eric Kowalski, pastor of St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Mocksville, celebrated Mass and led a short reflection on the Proclamation of the Kingdom of God. More than 40 members of the parish gathered for the June 22 retreat for Hispanic parishioners. The group also enjoyed lunch and exploring the park together.
