Business Director

Manages the business operations of Catholic Charities under the direction of the Agency Administration and within the guidelines of the Diocese of Charlotte; creates budgets and monitors financial operations; oversees client billing, risk management, human resources, and information technology; ensures financial compliance with grants and contracts; supervises assigned staff.

We are a Christian ministry of charity, service, and justice dedicated to providing help to those in need, hope to those in despair, and inspiration for others to follow, fulfilling our mission by strengthening families, building communities, and reducing poverty. We serve everyone regardless of age, race, ethnicity, religious affiliation, or economic/social background. Catholic Charities provides services to more than 19,000 people annually in 46 counties in western North Carolina. Services include food pantry, counseling, immigration, refugee services, youth services, family enrichment, pregnancy support, and social concerns and advocacy.
